Job Description

This role will be an exciting opportunity for highly self‐motivated and ambitious individuals. Candidates must have excellent communication, networking and influencing skills. You will be responsible for researching and developing relationships with senior level decision makers from across some of the top companies in North America. You will be responsible for new and existing account development by selling passes to attend business educational conferences in the areas of marketing, sales, management and leadership across multiple markets.

Primarily working over the telephone you must be supremely confident, able to cope with pressure, dedicated and hard working, commission oriented and ambitious in achieving targets and goals. CRM experience would be considered an asset.

As an integral part of a team, the candidate must be able to work well with others yet remain competitive at all times. The candidate must possess excellent organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and prioritizing tasked based on organizational and customer expectations is a must.

Desired Skills

  • Post secondary or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2+years of inside sales experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Willingness to travel for short periods of time across North America.

Compensation

Compensation will start at $30,000 annually plus uncapped commission.
